Privacy Policy
Last updated: 1 May 2026 · This is a pre-launch waitlist policy. A full Privacy Policy will follow at platform launch.
Who we are
ConqHer Ltd ("ConqHer", "we", "us") is a UK-registered company building a safety-first sports platform for female athletes. For the purposes of UK GDPR we are the data controller of the waitlist data described below. You can reach us at hello@conqher.net.
What we collect on this page
If you join the waitlist on the homepage, we collect:
- Your email address. So we can send you launch updates.
- The role(s) you ticked. (Athlete, Parent / Guardian, Scout / Agent, Brand / Sponsor, Club / Academy.) So we know who is interested.
- Your sport, if you chose to share it. Optional — used to prioritise launch sports.
- The fact and time you ticked the consent box. Required by GDPR to demonstrate lawful basis for the email contact.
- Your browser's user agent string. Stored for spam-detection purposes only.
That's it. No name, no phone number, no address, no payment data, no tracking pixels.
Why we collect it
Lawful basis under UK GDPR Article 6(1)(a): your explicit consent, given by ticking the consent box on the form. You can withdraw consent at any time (see "Your rights" below) and it does not affect any processing carried out before withdrawal.
How long we keep it
Until either (a) you ask us to delete it, or (b) ConqHer launches and you either join the platform (in which case your record migrates under the platform's privacy policy) or you decline (in which case we delete your waitlist record within 30 days). If ConqHer does not launch, we delete all waitlist data within 90 days of confirming non-launch.
Who sees it
Inside ConqHer Ltd, the founder and any future BD/community lead. Externally, our infrastructure providers process the data on our behalf:
- Supabase Inc. (database hosting, EU/US region depending on project setup) — processes the row containing your email, roles, sport, and consent record.
- Netlify Inc. (form-submission backup + site hosting) — receives a copy of each form submission as an additional layer in case the primary database is unavailable.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with marketing partners. We do not use it for advertising.
International transfers
Our processors (Supabase, Netlify) are US-headquartered. Where data is transferred outside the UK / EEA we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses ("SCCs") and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, as published by their respective providers.
Your rights under UK GDPR
You have the right to:
- Request a copy of the data we hold about you (right of access).
- Ask us to correct inaccurate data (right to rectification).
- Ask us to delete your data (right to erasure / "right to be forgotten").
- Withdraw your consent at any time (use the unsubscribe link in any email, or contact us directly).
- Lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
To exercise any of these rights, email hello@conqher.net. We aim to respond within 14 days and we won't charge a fee for reasonable requests.
Cookies and tracking
This website uses no analytics, no advertising cookies, and no tracking pixels. The only cookies you might see are operational ones set by Netlify (for serving the page itself); these contain no personal data.
Changes to this policy
If we materially change how we use waitlist data we will email everyone on the waitlist before the change takes effect, and you will be free to withdraw your consent.
